Juliet grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Prior to college, she spent a summer abroad in Germany. She attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Communication and Journalism. She also spent a summer working as an intern for New Mexico Senator Pete Domenici in Washington, D.C. Juliet received her law degree from the University of New Mexico in May 2008 and immediately joined the Harvey Law Firm following admission to the New Mexico Bar Association. Throughout law school, she worked as a law clerk in other local law firms that represent clients who have suffered serious injury and wrongful death. She also interned at the District Attorney's office, where she gained valuable trial experience. She was active in law school, selected as the President of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers' Student Association and Secretary of the Student Bar Association. Juliet is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico and the United States District Court of the District of New Mexico. She is a member of the National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice and the AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group.
